A full body massage- deep pressure is applied to muscles with chronic pain. Used in conjunction with trigger points for tension release.

A nurturing and soothing full body massage with gentle, flowing strokes to promote circulation, digestion, and sleep in children ages newborn to 12 months. This is also a demonstration for parents on how to massage their child at home.





 
Sports Massage.....60 Minutes.....$70.00

A series of stretches for major muscle groups to stimulate the muscles and promote tissue repair and regeneration. More time is allowed for multiple muscle groups, pre-event preparation, or post-event recovery.
